Live music, tailored to your day!
With The Wedding Music Collective, you book live music for every part of your special day: the ceremony, the drinks reception, the dinner, or the party. We put together the perfect line-up for each moment, from 2 to 9 musicians, in any formation you like.
Booking a combination of moments? We’ll create a bespoke combination rate, tailored specifically to your day.
For a ceremony, we always play as a duo; vocals with guitar or piano. Some couples like to add an extra musician too, such as violin, trumpet, saxophone or something else entirely.
One thing worth knowing: we always choose songs to suit you. If the lyrics of your favourite song aren’t quite right for the occasion, we’ll adapt them so it can still be part of your ceremony.
About two months before the wedding, we’ll choose the songs for your ceremony together through an online meeting. Don’t worry about the running order of the songs, once we know your favourites, we’ll help place them exactly where they belong.
A drinks reception usually follows the ceremony and we recommend adding an extra musician for that. It adds just a little something extra to the occasion.
The ceremony-and-reception combination is our most popular package, and booking multiple moments together also means we can offer a nice discount.
From 4 musicians upwards, we can deliver a party night that gets everyone on their feet.

Every Wedding Music Collective booking includes sound, matched to your guest count and venue. For an evening party, lighting is included too, set to match the mood of the night.
